10 April announcement – registrations are now open again, with day one full day conferencing (Thursday 9am – 5.30pm) to be held at the Queenstown Memorial Centre. Day two conferencing (Friday 10 October, 9am – 12.20pm) will be split with the choice of
Option 1: at Copthorne Hotel Lakefront (with added Fire breakout session)
Option 2: at Crown Plaza Hotel (with added AI breakout session)

21 March announcement – due to Rydges closing their hotel and conferencing spaces due to seismic strengthening works and they unfortunately can no longer host our conference, we have put a hold on registrations being able to be processed while we find an alternative venue. The conference is still taking place on the same dates and times however.

The above standard conference fees are until 1 August 2025, after that date each will increase by $70.

All costs are in NZ dollars and include GST.

Conference registration includes a one-year NZILA membership subscription of $100 until 1 July 2026.

All accommodation bookings can be made via the registration system until 1 August 2025. (Unless sold out prior)
Rooms are limited and will be allocated on a first booked basis subject to availability.
Please email info@tomdickandharry.org.nz if you require more nights or have specific requirements for your accommodation including more than one person staying in the room.
Should a cancellation be required we will try our best to re-sell your room. If that is successful, a full refund of the accommodation portion of your registration with notice provided via email to info@tomdickandharry.org.nz prior to 1 August 2025, will be provided, however this is not guaranteed. Any accommodation cancelled after 1 August 2025 will not be able to be refunded.

Dresscode: Business attire for the conference, Welcome Function and Long Lunch. Casual with warm layers for the Conference dinner.

Transport: Attendees are to make their own arrangements to and from the airport and to all social functions except for the Thursday long lunch where shuttles will be available to the venue.

Cancellation policy: Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please email: info@tomdickandharry.org.nz If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration fee of $100 will be made providing notification is received by 21 September 2025. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of NZILA.
If the cancelled registration contains accommodation no refund of that cost will be given after 1 August 2025.
