Welcome

The 2019 NZILA conference committee welcomes you to the ‘Awesome Tamaki Makaurau’ 2 day event, 11 – 13 September 2019.
We have an exciting line up of international and national speakers, complemented by networking social functions which showcase Auckland’s hospitality – exquisite food, beverage and entertainment – you will not be disappointed.
Located in the heart of Auckland, SkyCity Convention Centre will be our venue for all conference sessions, with all social functions close by.

Registration

All costs are in NZ dollars and include GST. Early Bird rates are until 1 August 2019

Conference registration includes a one year membership subscription to NZILA (1 July 2019 – 30 June 2020)

Full Registration includes attendance at all conference sessions, daily catering, attendance at all social functions (Welcome Function, Presidents Shout, Conference Dinner and Long Lunch), conference app.

* Additional social function tickets can be arranged via email to nicky@tomdickandharry.org.nz (must be purchased prior to 23 August 2019)

Accommodation

To assist with your accommodation exclusive rates have been secured with the below hotels. Accommodation bookings are the responsibility of the attendee. Please click on the hotel of your choice to book your accommodation.

Please note that if you are planning on staying in Auckland for the conference we highly recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as possible as availability in Auckland is limited.

General Information

Dresscode: Business attire or smart casual.

Transport: All venues and accommodation are within walking distance to SkyCIty. Attendees are to make their own arrangements from the airport.

Cancellation policy: Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please email: secretariat@nzila.org If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration fee of $150 will be made providing notification is received by 23 August. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of NZILA and processed after the conference.
