2010 NZILA CONFERENCE
Invitation
I do hope you can join us in Christchurch for the NZILA Conference 2010 on Thursday, 5 August and Friday, 6 August.
The conference theme is "Insuring a Win". The programme features discussion of a wide range of issues central to insurance practice from the prudential supervision reforms to car fraud schemes, from exemplary damages to the "new world" of the District Court Rules.
The approach will be practical, not solely technical.
Socially, we have a special guest speaker for Thursday's lunch, a conference dinner that will be well remembered, and the famous "Long Lunch" as our final session.
There is also the small matter of a Bledisloe Cup rugby test at AMI stadium on Saturday, 7 August and the temptation of five ski fields within 90 minutes drive of the central city.
I am sure you will agree there is plenty on offer for your winter escape. Ensure you're there!
